Recruitment Functions

  1. Post and announce job openings across various channels.
  2. Shortlist and interview potential candidates.
  3. Endorse, schedule, and organize candidates for interviews.
  4. Negotiate and hire candidates once approval is given.

Labor and Statutory Regulations Related Activities

  1. Employ the person through Vertaccount Philippines, Inc., a Philippine-registered corporation.
  2. Ensure all taxes and other statutory contributions are remitted to the appropriate Philippine government agencies on behalf of the person.
  3. Track the person’s daily attendance, requests for vacation, sick or emergency leave, overtime or holiday work, and other matters related to accurate payroll computation.
  4. Issue a payslip to the person for each payroll period as proof of payment.
  5. Replace the person at no cost within 150 days from the person’s start date.

Human Resource and Performance Management Related

  1. Proactively monitor the person’s health and morale and report to the Client once a month.
  2. Report to the Client any concerns raised by their team.
  3. Include the person in the Provider’s activities that promote mental health, employee engagement, and camaraderie.
  4. Manage the quarterly performance evaluation of the FTE to support improvement and/or recognize outstanding work.
  5. Collaborate with the Client on salary increases. No salary increase will be implemented without the Client’s approval.

IT and Tech Support Related Activities

Provide technical support to the FTE seven (7) days a week, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM as needed, including but not limited to laptop replacement, on-site troubleshooting, and regular computer health, security maintenance, and updates.
